ACH/EFT to boot!

In addition to credit card processing, we also offer ACH (a.k.a EFT) functionality, which allows you to directly charge your clients’ checking accounts. Typically, ACH fees are less then credit card processing. And ACH is integrated into your system just like credit card processing. Clients can set up monthly auto pays – or buy bottles of water at the point of sale – using ACH (i.e. their checking accounts). Many of our clients actually have both ACH and credit card processing, integrated into their MINDBODY system.

MINDBODY is PCI compliant.

MINDBODY is one of your industry’s few PCI compliant Level 1 Service Providers. That means that our software protects your clients’ credit cards with 512-bit encryption keys, which instantly mask your clients’ credit card numbers once they’re saved. After the instant encryption, human eyes will never see the card numbers again. If that wasn’t enough, their card numbers are stored behind software firewalls, hardware firewalls, enterprise strength malware protection, intrusion detection systems, external and internal scans, audit trails, and a super secure data center that’s complete with checkpoints and biometric scanners. It looks like something out of a James Bond flick. We also employ a really smart guy named Steve to watch the network 24/7/365.

What this means is that implementing MINDBODY for your payment processing makes you PCI compliant. This in turn means that there is literally no safer place to store your clients’ credit card information.
